What areas in Tanzania do you cover for same-day delivery?

We currently offer same-day delivery in Dar es Salaam, Arusha, Mwanza, Dodoma, Zanzibar, and Mbeya for orders received before 12 PM. Our coverage is expanding monthly - contact us to check if your area qualifies.

How does your cash on delivery (COD) service work?

Our COD service allows your customers to pay when they receive their package. We collect the payment (plus a small service fee) and deposit it to your account within 24 hours, minus our delivery charges. You can set minimum order values and blacklist areas if needed. Learn more about COD.

What's the difference between your courier and fulfillment services?

Courier service is for individual package deliveries, while our fulfillment service is a complete solution including warehousing, inventory management, picking/packing, and shipping. Fulfillment is ideal for ecommerce businesses wanting to outsource their entire logistics operation.

How can I track my shipment?

Every shipment comes with a unique tracking number. You can track it in real-time on our tracking page or through our mobile app. We also send automatic SMS/email updates at every milestone (dispatched, out for delivery, delivered).
